The top track surfaces being used today offer capabilities and performance levels unthinkable just a few years ago. But they do not will fit well with traditional track spikes.The long-used “needle” spikes can actually puncture current surfaces, increasing wear, shortening the track’s useful life, and possibly even voiding the manufacturer’s warranty.

Blanks you can use for places, where you do not want to have spike, but you want to protect the thread.

XT is a version with longer thread for sprints.
